This is a great way to enjoy corn on the cob. I opened the refrigerator door and saw the cobs of corn sitting on top of a package of bacon and thought, mmmmm those two would definitely go good together and yup I was right. Bacon does make anything better ;)
After being soaked in water I pulled back the husks and sprinkled the corn with garlic powder, and wrapped it with bacon.
Pulled the husks back over the bacon wrapped cob of corn
Wrapped in a double layer of foil so it won't make a mess of the grill and the juices penetrate the corn.
On the grill they go.
Cooked and unwrapped, look at the yummy cooked bacon!
Waiting to be sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
Ready to be devoured, Back off this one's mine!!
