Ingredients:
1 pound ground round beef
1 tsp. Cavendars Greek seasoning or home made Greek seasoning
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. mild paprika
1 1/2 tsp. dried Greek oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
-Use your clean hands to mix the burger ingfredients in a bowl (all of them except the feta cheese).
-Divide the burger mixture 6:1 (into 6 pieces) and using your hands, shape them into large thin patties; place on parchment so they don't stick.
-On half of the patties, divide out the feta cheese and place it heaps in the middle of the burger, leaving a clean area free of cheese.


-Top with the other patties, and using your hands, pinch the sides closed, then flatten slightly with your palm, and use your thumb to reshape the sides.
Cook as you would any burger, but please resist the urge to press on them during cooking or they will leak, and also become dry.
I cook mine to 160F. on an instant read thermometer.
Serve burgers on sandwich rolls with lettuce, tomato, and garlic aioli or other burger toppings of your choice.
