Squid Ink Seafood Ravioli

Well...Here is my first attempt to a tutorial.
I bought this squid ink a while ago and finally decided to try to make squid ink pasta.
I had some fish in the freezer and some leftover guacamole. That was transformed into the filling. For the sauce I used heavy cream and my last saffron envelope
I topped it with some chopped basil and a little chopped up spicy pepper.
I really enjoyed it.
I hope you'll like it too.

59chevymom, you know, I really don't know, since the filling was fish. But I have some leftover dough that I will make tonight. I'll try them plain and I'll let you know.
