I bought this squid ink a while ago and finally decided to try to make squid ink pasta.
I had some fish in the freezer and some leftover guacamole. That was transformed into the filling. For the sauce I used heavy cream and my last saffron envelope

I topped it with some chopped basil and a little chopped up spicy pepper.
I really enjoyed it.
