Looks great! I still have problems figuring out if I roll too thin . . . usually it's the other way around and have problems getting them done in the center. That when I figured out the need for a cover on the pan! On the boat I didn't have a rolling pin so used a wine bottle . . . no I didn't have nip, it was still full! I've got lots of recipes (yet to be posted here) to use up the extra sourdough, pancakes, waffles, carrot cake . . .! I think it is fun to do things the way old 'cookie' did out on the trail in the 1800's. Well, sort of like him, except I've got running water and electricity! :D

GW, between the two of us we WILL figure out a way to measure thickness.

Dissie, these were really fun to make. Sweetie is devouring them!!!

With a biscuit cutter it's easy, maybe we need an english muffin cutter. Maybe put a line on the outside of the glass I use to cut them . . . why am I just now thinking about that !!!

 I am drinking milk out of a stripped glass and I just thought "hmmmm wonder which stripe is the right thickness". At this point, if I can get out of putting another single purpose gadget in my kitchen, I will!
