Any Low Carbers Here????

I am a bad bad bad member of The Harcombe Diet, I am just sooooo stupid cos when I am on this diet I feel so good, have energy, sleep well etc etc, so why am I not a skinny minnie???? I swear Pasta has hypnotised me with the aid of the odd glass of wine. Anyway I do try!

Any fellow low carb tryers here? Would love to share some recipes.

I try to stay away from the simple carbs. I don't mind brown rice, or brown pasta. But I do a simple lowcarb.

No, I love my carbs and I'm not giving them up, LOL. I am one of the lucky ones who can eat carbs and not gain weight. I also watch what I do with them! I do think we have some members who do low carb, hopefully they will pop in here. I do try to do one or two meals per week without carbs, but we eat simply, we're talking grilled chicken breast and a big salad, no "recipe".

How about taco salad, I used to make that a lot. We just do a big layer of lettuce followed by seasoned taco meat, cheese, LOTS of tomato and red onion, sour cream...and we use salsa to top, I don't like that recipe with the salad dressing on it.
