Morning, woke up to my keyboard not working.
Was planning to buy an extra one, just until my laptop got fixed or not ... but, I had one ... so, up and running for now.

Lady #2 and 2 Friends take a road trip to NC every Easter to see her sister. So, a care package for tomorrow morning.
Peach muffins w/strawberry jam, a big thermos of coffee; grilled tenderloin sandwiches w/caramelized onions, roasted red pepper mayo, and arugula. A no mayo potato salad; granola to snack on; a brown rice salad w/chicken and vegetables; fruit salad; mango ice tea, and no bake peanut butter bites.

She and her one friends are pretty avid photographers; so, they love to take the scenic routes and stop at parks to eat and take pics along the way. Hopefully decent weather.

Me: Leftover mexican steak as a sandwich w/a spicy orange mayo, grilled onion slices, avocado and lettuce; cucumber salad

Morning Everyone!
I hope everyone is enjoying their Easter weekend with family, friends; or, just relaxing.

A very low key, but nice weekend here. Busy frustrating Fri; but, just doing some yard work today; catching up on things.

Easter tomorrow, just me and my son; so, tonight, a simple grilled chicken, asparagus; and, tomato slices. Simple and easy.

Happy Easter Everyone!

Today, just me and my son. A very simple relish tray to start for me during the day - snacking.
My refrigerator dill pickles, gherkins, giardiniera and mixed olives from the Italian market, cheese/crackers; and maybe some tomatoes.

Dinner, is baked ham w/mustard brown sugar glaze, classic spud salad, baked beans.
That's it for me.
