Please come and share your dinner plans. It's fun to see what everyone else is making.

Morning Guys!
Ladies #1, #2, and #3: Yesterday, I picked up the carcasses and some turkey from all 3 ladies; and last night I used both crock pots to make stock. All done this am. I'll make one big batch of soup for all the ladies; and, they will get the leftover stock.
Dinner -
http://www.recipezazz.com/…/minnesota-c ... ey-wild-ri…; kale, butter lettuce, and romaine salad w/cranberry vinaigrette; dinner rolls.
Me: I froze all the leftovers yesterday; except 1 bag of ham - So,
http://www.recipezazz.com/…/easy-crustl ... h-quiche-2…, using ham, broccoli and mushrooms vs spinach; tomato or a green salad

LOL!!! I can relate!! The seasoned patties sounds good. I have a pound of burger meat in the freezer that needs to be thawed. No burgers for me tonight. I spent the day in town...HECTIC, HECTIC......you know, Walmart and all...

Had many errands to run. Tonight is going to be catch as catch can. I'll be grazing. I'm exhausted, so a bacon, egg, spinach, cheese biscuit may be about all I'm able to squeeze out of this day! ;)

Morning!
More lights to do today. Yesterday I got about 4 items if that off my list of 20. More lights that didn't work; so, I was very unhappy. Back to Home Depot. My son came over and I used my ham for he and his gf. So, I ended up with a quick nuked stroganoff from the freezer. It was good; I just planned on quiche. Deepster, I can relate to your yesterday.
Lady #3: Grilled montreal marinated skirt steak w/balsamic portabellos; tomato stuffed grilled whole onion; wedge salad w/bacon and a blue cheese dressing
I just made a new batch of my own Montreal seasoning; so, the marinade will be that, with a little olive oil and balsamic.
Me: Tilapia w/lemon and capers; scallion olive rice; roasted carrots.

I am going to make another attempt to get my pastitsio tag done. Always out of one thing or another or something comes up, like Thanksgiving or moving or food that needs cooked *now*. It's ridiculous how many times I have planned this.
Was going to last night but out of milk (again). But I have the milk! LOL
I am a cook on a mission! rofl
But what to have with it?
I haven't got that far. Probably salad. ;)

Sue, trust me ... I know exactly what you mean. With work and cooking for others; I try really hard to keep my menu on track. But, so often, things just come up. Work, life, kids, etc - the list goes on.
It isn't easy. I guess, I just like you; make the best; and when the time is right; it gets made.

Morning ...
Although I have been up since 4am; it is still morning, lol. 80's and sun here. Nice weather. Funny with lights up when it is 80, lol.
Very easy here, just me. Turkey panini w/cranberry and cheese; potato soup. All freezer stash. I do have pumpkin ice cream for dessert.
Since I am taking a small bag of turkey out (freezer); I'll probably make turkey salad for tomorrows lunch.
I also have a little ham salad; perfect w/crackers for a snack today.

I'd just recently bought some pints of ice cream since I had the bigger freezer now and I know I could make some but as much as Bill and I eat of that, the pints do better. One of them was pumpkin, I also got butter pecan and a black raspberry-chox chip. If I get by Graeter's I will pick up some of ther pink peppermint with chox chips in a pint. I made an ice cream pie last year with that and it was delish.
I have no idea for dinner. DIdn't get anything defrosted and no time for that now. I am going to have to shop or do something with eggs or cheese.
I did get the pastitsio made yesterday. Made the salad I suspected I would. Nice!
