February already, my oh my

So, lets see TGIF for one thing. Second, it's SUPERBOWL WEEKEND for those ... football fans, which I am. Anyone have any special plans?
Today's Cooking ...
Just me. Both Ladies #1 and #2 will be back tomorrow (vacation), so no game/card night today; and for me, I have to work midnight shift; I switched last night to tonight.
So, dinner? Easy. A tuna salad stuffed tomato; bowl of creamy vegetable soup; and a toasted baguette. Quick and Easy!

Hey everyone - don't forget to watch the groundhog look at his shadow tomorrow morning. I don't believe anything about it working but I just love the adorable little guy.
I had a change of plans - DD once again is eating at a friend's house, so we had Chinese food (we usually have Chinese, pizza, or sushi on Fridays, when the budget allows for it). I actually bought it as a late lunch, with enough to make another meal for dinner tonight, and lunch again today. It was really inexpensive because of the lunch discounts.
