Wow March! I must have posted in the February thread earlier this morning.

I pulled Papa D's lasagne from the freezer so that with salad.

I am also baking up butter sandwich cookies with dulce de leche filling (made the filling last night) and dipped in chocolate (maybe). :)

I feel marginally better, but now my voice is completely gone. :? Dinner tonight will be Kitten's Broiled Parmesan Tilapia and something with carrots since I've got a pound of baby carrots that are on the verge of needing to be thrown out.

Edit:
Trying this with the carrots: North African Spiced Carrots. We'll see.

I forgot it was March too.

Got my friend to sub for me tonight cooking for Lady #3. Didn't want to spread my Germs

Feel crappy, sore throat, a bit achy, getting more congested, so dinner - not sure. Soup when I'm sick doesn't appeal to me.

Maybe a salad, I have plenty, or a baked spuds stuffed with beef tips. All easy and in the freezer. Also made bread in the abm this am. All done. So not sure. Just depends what I feel like at 7pm.

Well, I can't smell anything, can't taste anything, it hurts to swallow anything other than cold, I'm hot and cold, and food, well ... it is just not at the top of my list - and I have to work tonight. Shoot me Now!! :(

But I know I need to eat something. I truly hate being sick!

Morning Everyone,

Dissie, thank you for starting the thread. I did not realize that it was March 1st till late last night.

I am out of everything so off to the grocery store & errands. Beautiful day expected here.

Dinner will be what I fancy picking up while out.

Morning Everyone!

Long night at work - Midnight shift; and being sick didn't help. Just a cold, but it just makes you feel crappy. Unfortunately, I'm not one to sit and rest which I should, actually keeping busy helps me.

Ladies #1 and #2: Card/Game Night
Luckily I had made them a pan of lasagna before I got sick and froze it. My friend who fills in for me when I'm sick will make a salad and bread, and take over both to them.

Me: Depends how I feel, yesterday the only thing I ate was a small piece of romaine, a sliced tomato and dressing. Didn't feel like anything else.

I have a few things in the freezer, so I am sure I will just get that. But my g/f is having a birthday and we were supposed to go out to the Tapas restaurant, but her little girl is sick, so I think her dinner will be postponed too.

I have enough work to do today; data entry, a cook book review all which need to be done by Monday.
