Went to Cleveland yesterday to see Les Miserable. WOW! It was fabulous. So when we got home, we had leftover pork loin and rice.
Not sure yet about tonight.

Decided to make a big garden salad with sauted chicken bites.

We've got some errands to run today, so it's going to be a late lunch out .
And if it's where I think it's going to be,no dinner tonight.

when I open the freezer.

Last night I made sauted chicken breast with a balsamic/honey/peach sauce, fresh picked carrots in a honey/ginger/dijon/cumin sauce, and corn.
Tonight it's meatloaf and veggies.

Both meals sound really good to me ,
especially the Meatloaf.

Going out to lunch with the girls today. Probably won't be hunger for dinner. I guess it's leftover meatloaf for the hubby.
