Planned Pork Tenderloin from yesterdays post but lost power, and even though I could grill I didn't want to eat in the dark, so I went out to a local pub and got fish and chips and a couple of beers. Hooked up my small generator which was enough to run my jacuzzi and sat in that until 11pm. Watched a DVD on my small battery operated TV and woke up to 2 TV's on, lights and the dishwasher running at 2pm.
So guess what dinner is tonight. My pork tenderloin from yesterday with a creamy caraway dill sauce, roasted potatoes and lima beans.
Happy December 1st Everyone!!

Church, what Jamie Oliver cookbook do you own? I have two of his in the Cart of Amazon waiting for the price to reduce. I have been waiting awhile now, lol.
I am making Cottage Pie by French Tart.

I don't know

I actually ended up making the turkey brats last night that have been on my menu for a month. Have things to do tonight, so not sure. Might throw together a pizza.

Jamies Dinners I believe. It is an earlier one, but I love it.

I'm having macaroni and cheese from a box. Not even the good kind. I'm in no mood to make anything.

We ended up eating boxed augratin potatoes with ham from thanksgiving mixed in to make a sort of casserole with spices added for kick. It was actually pretty good! Oh yeah and a side salad for veggies! ;)

Whatever I can find in the fridge. I've been making Christmas goodies all day and ran out of steam before I made dinner.
