What WAS on Your Plate & WHAT'S for Dinner 11/27-11/28

WHAT HAPPENED TO SATURDAY?
Time Is Flying By ... And, Soon It Will Be Christmas!

Today's Cooking ...
Nothing. I grazed on light snack last night ... so, tonight is my final plate of turkey stuff. A little turkey, stuffing and the last of the green beans. Some fresh fruit on the side.

I did make my soup using the remaining spuds, added broth, some onions, peppers, celery, broccoli and a little cheese. Two small containers in the freezer.

Tomorrow, is back to cooking!

I'm so with you on turkey soup; makes the best stock for soup. Sounds delicious. Mine is in the freezer; it will be used soon.

Lovin, alfredo and shrimp; match made in heaven. 59, I'm not a big casserole gal most of the time; but, I have a few Campbells recipes that you just can't beat. There is just something about that good comfort food.
Trish, I hate 3 nights of turkey and ham too. And, more turkey in the freezer. But that is a good thing. I have 4-5 turkey leftovers which I love; so, they are on my list to make.
