HAPPY SATURDAY EVERYONE!!!

Not much here guys. Out to dinner with friends, their treat. Irish Pub for fish and chips; then, the new Independence Day movie.
So, sorry ... no cooking here tonight.

Anyone got any good eats planned?

Last night I made meatloaf, Buttery Herb New Potatoes (from our garden) http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/butter ... toes-13588, and 3 bean salad.
Today I've been canning pickled beets, so I'm too tired to cook. It's pizza tonight!

Lovin, I tried potatoes last year and had really good luck; but, even Fall down here is so hot; the one year I didn't get a good crop; but, last year I got a great crop. Potatoes need that cooler Fall; and, the one year was in the 90's and 80's at night, not good for spuds.
An, pickled beets; haven't ate those in many years. But, I do love roasted beets.

59, fish and noodles sound good. I love noodle salad in the summer; but, really any time of year. Nice to have a different type of cold salad.

DD, on the grill, like I am most of the time. I bet your chickens were delicious!!
