What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 7/9
So, anything special going on this summer - cooking wise that is.
Today, pretty easy for me - Lady #3: http://www.recipezazz.com/…/grilled-app ... ginger-por…; brown rice; and, apple citrus coleslaw
Me: Mexican glazed salmon; leftover corn salad w/added avocado; and, grilled tortillas ... I'll use them to scoop up the salmon and salad together. Watermelon dessert.
The salmon is brushed with a mix of mayo, lime and a blend of adobo and chili powder. Simply brush on and grill. Really easy and delicious.
Last night I took my leftover cornish hen; and, warmed it up with Carolina BBQ sauce. Then, took the leftover spuds; and, made salad adding fresh asparagus, herbs, and a yogurt white wine vinegar dressing. And, summer fresh watermelon.

Ladies #1 and #2 - Game/Card Night: Grilled leg of lamb w/balsamic mustard glaze; http://www.recipezazz.com/…/creamy-chee ... ke-cassero…; pecan/rosemary brown rice; roasted beets w/Feta; Baked brie w/apricot glaze to start with crackers.
Me: Leftover sloppy joe mix w/added mushrooms and jalapenos over a baked potato w/2 cheeses, scallions, radish; watermelon for dessert.
