What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 5/26
So, what's everyone cooking tonight?
Lady #3: French Bistro Steak Salad. Arugula salad, topped w/crusty baguettes, marinated grilled skirt steak, poached eggs; and, hollandaise; fruit salad
Me: Soup (ham, white bean, and kale freezer stash); cheese, onion, and tomato sandwich. Something easy tonight; fruit for dessert.
Prep for the catering event - Beach BBQ tomorrow for 60+. Making 11 appies and 5 dessert today. Everything is small bites. But again, I have help. The main course is cooked on the spot.
