What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 5/15

Happy Sunday Everyone!
Tough day here. My kitty 'Angel Babe' is getting ready to cross over the rainbow bridge. Long 2 days. Anyways, tough weekend.
Ended up with a chicken wrap sandwich last night; which was easy and nice.
Tonight, I'm thinking a pan of scalloped potatoes w/ham. A simple green salad. Nothing fancy tonight; I'm just looking for easy.

KC, so sorry to hear about your kitty. They're family just as much as if they're human.
Tonight probably just a bowl of cereal for me. Back and forth to the hospital today for my brother, who is terminal.

I'm making a homemade tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes.

That's so sad I'm sorry Kchurchill5, that's like loosing a child!
