HAPPY THURSDAY! I don't know about you ... but, I am ready for the weekend!

Just me today - I'm making http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/scallo ... hells-1338, lemony roasted green beans; and, I think a tomato or cucumber salad.

Were having this in a couple hours

Chicken Casserole

3 cups cooked chicken breast meat, cut into bite size pieces
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
1-1/2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
24 ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
2 tbs poppy seeds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 2.5 – 3 quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the soup and the sour cream until well blended. Fold in the
chicken, broccoli, and cheese season with garlic powder.
Turn into prepared pan. Top with cracker crumbs and poppy seed (if using). Drizzle melted butter over the top of the crumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown and casserole is hot and bubbly in the center.
