What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 4/19

What Happened to Monday? I guess I completely forgot about it, lol!
So, What's Cooking Today?

I planned lamb chops yesterday; but, I just wasn't hungry, so I did a Stouffers French Bread Pizza. I was in no mood to cook for myself.

Well, the chops are dinner, some kind of jacket potatoes; and, a caprese salad I think - although if corn on the cob looks good, I'll pick that. I still have some fruit on hand too for dessert.

Making a stacked tortilla recipe, stuffed with ground beef sou cream, green chili, salsa, a few others I just can't remember at this moment and I don't have the recipe on me right now, just about ready to make it soon :)

Sometimes for a busy night ... Mom used to take Bushs or Campbells baked beans (I think campbells back in the day); and tossed in kielbasa, onions, and green pepper; and, baked it. We always had it with a baked potato and salad.

I still remember that dinner from years ago. Finally how some dinner memories come back.

Hi back atcha!! Yep, that is how I was last night. Some nights ... it is just like that. FT sounds good!

I am a firm believer in that ... eat what you want, when you want. Chicken for breakfast; or eggs for dinner. Who cares? LOL
