What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 4/12

Yes, I Am Late Again!

What a day. Up way too early, lost internet again for several hours. Finally back online!

Lady #3: Pot of fresh minted pea soup; ham salad sandwiches on fresh whole wheat bread in the ABM; sweet potato chips; fruit salad
Me: I was thinking creamed turkey over biscuits and asparagus; but, I feel like something healthier. I know I have to finish off the asparagus, otherwise; I have a few other options. I guess I will decide in a bit. It's been a strange hectic day; so, dinner is the last of my worries at this point.

Just gonna have to wing it today. I have my marinated lamb chops too which would thaw in no time; they would also be great with the asparagus.

KC. I would vote for the lamb chops. Although I do love creamed turkey over biscuits.
For us tonight it was just french bread pizza. Quick and easy.

Lovin; I found a piece of lasagna in the freezer. That and my asparagus was dinner. I had some fruit on the side.
I think creamed turkey tomorrow; and lamb the next night. I went with the easiest thing tonight; it was a bit crazy today. But, it will all get eaten ... just in a different order is all.

Pizza, never bad. Margarita, burger are always good. I always try to change up the toppings; but, any burger is always a safe bet with me.
