What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 4/11

YIPPEE!!! My Internet Is Back ... 7 Hours of Withdrawal, LOL!

Comcast came out to do general maintenance, 5 minutes after they left; everything was dead. Now, they were only 5 minutes down the street, yet took them 7 hrs to fix. LOVE IT! :(

Dinner ...
Ladies #1, #2, and #3: A play off of Diana's favorite pierogie dish. Pierogies sauteed with sausage, onions, and cabbage, served with sour cream; roasted beets

Me: Last week I never had my burrito ... so, a burrito (freezer stash, beef and rice) topped w/salsa, cheese, sour cream, avocado - served over greens w/cilantro and lime vinaigrette; fruit for dessert
