Looks like some of you up north are dealing with more snow, wind and COLD temps once again ... I hope the weather improves

Guess What Today Is ... For All You Chocolate Lovers Out There!


Tonight, really easy. One of my freezer stash pot pies. I make them up all the time in small aluminum tins when I have leftover beef or chicken ... usually 4 or so at a time. That way ... just heat them up for a quick dinner. Great way to use up leftovers. And, one of my small tins is perfect for 1 person. I'll add a salad; and, dinner.

I'm making a bowl of chocolate mousse, inspired by chocolate mousse day for a friend who helped me recently. They are a chocoholics ... so, they will enjoy.
