What WAS on your Plate & WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 1/27

Post by Kchurchill5 » Wed Jan 27, 2016 11:24 am

HAPPY HUMP DAY EVERYONE!

Can you believe it is almost the end of January, WOW! Well, raininy day; and not going to improve soon. Not looking forward going to the store.

My baked sweet spud topped with black bean chili was delish; and, I made tonights dinner yesterday! So, I'm all set. I'm thinking a cucumber, avocado, and olive salad on the side. Dinner is my turkey/rice stuffed chard rolls (similar to stuffed cabbage).

Ellie I will be posting it today; so check tomorrow.

What's on your plate tonight?

They are similar; but, the turkey is a bit easier, and more veg. But, close. I like both for different reasons.

Any time you braise of cook in the oven, you get that rich reduction; and crispy sides. In the crock, you get really moist, soft and tender. So, different flavors is all. And, one is beef; one turkey - one more veggies too. Just a variation.

Six beans ... I love frozen fries for me. I hate deep frying. But, who can complain about burgers and fries.
