What WAS on your plate & WHAT'S for dinner tonight? 1/24
Tonight it's slow roasted/braised beef roast with potatoes. The ground was too frozen to dig up some carrots to put in with it. So I added some mushrooms, onions and garlic. Low and slow at 300°F for 4 1/2 hours. Can't wait!
