Boy I am late again! Worked midnight, got some emails done; and my son stopped by. Crazy Day ... and it is only 10am.

HAPPY NATIONAL APPLE CIDER DAY!!

Last night, my friends at work brought Italian. I was delish.
Tonight, just me. Back to my pan seared fish, shrimp scampi topping over pasta; a radish, cucumber, tomato salad w/parm vinaigrette.

I am making this recipe from Food.com, it looks really good

2 1⁄2 lb chicken leg
1 2⁄3 tbsp olive oil, (to help it stop sticking to the pan)
1⁄2 cup soy sauce
1 2⁄3 tbsp ketchup
3⁄4 cup honey
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions

Prep 5 min
Cook 90 min
Ready 95 min

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
