Morning everyone!!

Well, it is 84 today, warm and sunny ... I don't want cold; but, a little cool FALL air would be nice. Yesterday am was very nice here.

I had some dental work; so last night ... a baked spud, I loaded it with sour cream, butter, chives; and very fine minced bacon. That was it.

Tonight, I am back to my leftover egg rolls and fried rice which are in the freezer. Probably a fruit salad as well.

Hi, Warm and sunny here around 20c (around 67f) - nice,
Last night was a great night with friends at a chinese restaurant -- pekin duck - spicy prawns - bbq spare ribs -- fried rice and noodles washed down with a few bottles of wine!! Hic, hic!!

Tonight is a comfort night ----- The boss (She who must be obeyed) wants a casserole so this. Cheers

Dinner sounds delish. I love duck, don't make it often; but sure love it. And, of course wine is always a must.

The casserole sounds good; different. Interesting; I bet it is really good.

The nice thing is you can really change these recipes up. You can add any proteins or any veggies to the dish; so, every time ... it's different.

I think that was my fault. I put a semi color after the recipe, I shouldn't have done that.

I removed the semi colons; and, it seems to work now. Sorry about that. My error.

last nite i made spicy smoked sausage with tons of onions and red and green bells- added sweet and sour sauce-- made lo mein nodles to go along side-- carrot cake with cream cheese frosting-- was great- have a great day!
