Morning ...
The day of Jan already.

Any plans for the big game tomorrow? Or, who watches, and who doesn't? I'm heading over to a friends; so, just a few things to cook. Looks like we will be having 75 and sunny; so, a perfect day. My friend has the big TV and big lanai, so he always hosts it.

Today ...
Today, I am helping out a friend who broke his foot last week; not mobile. However he has the biggest TV; so, his friends are going over for the game. They are doing all the cooking, cleaning; but, I offered to help a bit. Not the same party I am going too.

I made caramelized onions in the crock last week (some for him and me); same with Pub cheese. Today, making pickle dip and spinach dip. I'll take salt/vinegar and plain chips; and a ready bread bowl w/extra bread and crackers. Dump the dip in the bowl, and ready. His friends do the rest.

I'm cooking for a friend tonight. He is bringing me 2 amberjack fillets and mullet, which I will smoke. Of course I do get some too. Also, a good IPA beer from a recent trip up north.
In return dinner. Sort of a Tday dinner. Slow grilled chicken quarters, stuffing/gravy (from the freezer - both from Tday); and, roasted carrots.
