Pork is cooking. I am going to do a hot bacon slaw with that and cheesy cauliflower mash (someone requested I do a recipe for cauliflower a few days ago). I am putting the pork on those little Hawaiian rolls.
I am drowning in Hawaiian bread. free 1 year supply and I don't eat that much bread!

I do love those Hawaiian rolls. Do you have a party coming up. Make those little ham sliders with poppyseed dressing on those rolls. They are addictive.

Great for a party. I don't make them for me, but a party yes.

Sounds delish!!!

Funny, I was just eating some ham sliders for lunch on those with some of my dill slices I made. GMTA!
Still won't get rid of the bread. I am going to give Sarah a ton of the coupons when she visits. This last pack I got free had 24 rolls in it.
I am going to be making some bread pudding with some of it.
Next loaf will be the round one which makes excellent French toast.

Bread pudding and french toast would be delicious.
Make a monte cristo, that would be yummy!

I probably did, but just in case...

Morning Gang!!

Rainy, misting, drizzly, and cloudy. There is a sand sculpture festival and chalk festival this weekend. BAD weather for both. I planned to go, but not in the rain. Even passing on the market this am. Need to clean out stuff I have, to make room for turkey day.

My friends and I planned to grab some food out at the festival; but, that got cancelled; so now I guess I have to change my dinner plans around.

I took out my marinated pork tenderloin last night and forgot it. I hate that. It was already to grill; and I am sick, I left it on the counter.
So, off to the store to get another one, chops or loin.

I have some good homemade mushrooms gravy in the freezer. That should go well over the chops; maybe some mashed spuds, and glazed carrots of some kind. The extra gravy and pork I can have later this week over a baked spud.

It's sushi night! I should have just over 90 minutes between shows, and my sushi place is only a block further away from the theatre. I never know what I want until I get there, but it's always three rolls of some kind.

Love the sushi idea! It sounds delish!

Not sure what's on for today--lunch is cleaning out leftovers and dinner is probably waiting at the market.
