Ellie, Love porcupine meatballs!!

Me: Cooking for both ladies today; but, they are having the same thing I am.

Pecan crusted turkey tenderloins w/a white wine cranberry sauce, wild rice; and sauteed carrots and celery.

Lady #3: http://www.all-fish-seafood-recipes.com/.../Asparagus...; baby green salad w/champagne vinaigrette; roasted tomatoes

Me, I ended up having to go in to work last night. Took some leftover wings, salad, etc. Tonight, back to my pecan tenderloins, rice, veg.

Nothing hard tonight.

Been on vacation down to North Carolina to visit my sister. It sure is beautiful down there.
So it's back to cooking again. Tonight I made a pork loin roast, butterflied, seasoned, spread with cherry butter and stuffed with bread stuffing and rolled up. Served yellow wax beans and kluski noodles with it.

Tonight is sandwich night - leaning towards grilled cheese.
