Last night we had grilled hamburgers...and we enjoyed a nice side dish... #recipe5960 ...

Tonight I made chicken and eggplant parm, rollatini style. I'll get three meals out of that.
Had wanted to bake some bread and work on a recipe using cream cheese but still not 100% after not feeling well last Sunday. I'll try again tomorrow.
Also have some yogurt going. I picked up a couple half gallons of milk for 20 cents each on the flashfood. I'd made some cream gravy for biscuits as well, and a pan of rice pudding.

Tonight we're having burger's again...don't want the buns to go bad...but...I've made coleslaw and potato salad to go with them...Photo's will be posted tomorrow...stay tuned...
