MsP, I love your skype date, how cool is that.

And good morning ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Card/Game Night - Deviled eggs and mixed olives in a lemon herb dressing to start, stuffed peppers (I do halves vs the whole pepper); mashed potato cakes; iceberg wedge

Me: Pimento burger; fried mushrooms w/outback sauce - I cheated and used store bought mushrooms; melon

I have a little of my creamed chicken casserole left over from last night; but, not enough for dinner; maybe a little for lunch today or tomorrow.
Can you give me the link to your creamed casserole KChurchill5?

Nice week coming up temps in the 70's. This time of year is so nice. I worked midnight shift, so very tired today.

Today's Cooking ...
Lady #3: A potato ham chowder, from another site. I will tweak it a bit before posting. Spinach salad w/creamy mustard dressing.

Me: A casserole, using http://www.recipezazz.com/…/moms-creame ... ver-savory…, but serving it over a wild rice blend, topped w/asparagus, almonds, and baked. The smoked chicken is part of my freezer stash from a month ago; fruit

Also, making my mini beef pot pies using my brisket; I didn't get a chance to make them yesterday.
I found the link here but it's not working :? :(

Enjoy your night out.
I may have to change my dinner. My friend wants me to come over and see his new condo he just bought - closing was today. No dinner, just a beer, chips and salsa probably. But, it may be a late dinner; so, not sure if I want to cook.

Maybe just the leftover chicken from last night. I can always make my burger tomorrow. I just took the meat out of the freezer today; it can wait.

Tried a new recipe tonight I got from another website. Double Crunch Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts, http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/double ... east-15688. Just posted the recipe, so it hasn't been approved yet to be able to pull it up. Probably tomorrow. It was really delicious and crunchy, even though it was oven baked. Had gnocchi with alfredo sauce also. Yummy in my tummy!!
