I am thinking smoked pork chops, skinny au gratin potatoes and green beans. And my chardonnay, of course :lol:

I'm doing something with cod. Not sure which of several options I'm using at this point. Served with French-cut green beans and probably sliced beets.

Thank you! I told Dan this story, and he was equally amused. :lol: He's picking me up in 20 minutes. :D

Edit:
Well, he was. First his car wouldn't start, and then it stalled halfway down his street. Fabulous.
