That sounds delicious; save me a plate please. How do you make yours. That is something I haven't found a recipe I truly like. Still playing around with some.

Today was our game director's last hockey game, so we went to one of our local brewpubs, Founder's Brewing Co. for a party after. I had their Stella Blue: smoked ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, red onion, black olives, and bleu cheese on a French roll. And also some All Day IPA and some Nitro Pale Ale.

OK, that trumps my meal by far. I would love that.

Morning Everyone!`

A late start this morning. I actually got home around 4am from work, and slept 4 hours.

Today, more leftovers. Using the leftover chicken kabob from Tues night and making a Greek type of wrap sandwich w/red onion, tomato, radish, greens, feta, and a tzatziki sauce; sweet potato or curly fries on the side.

We're either eating leftovers or starving. The refrigerator is full, and it's not my fault no one in this house but me knows how to reheat a plate of food.

I second leftovers Felix. If she doesn't want to re-heat, well, then they can starve, lol.

There's a bowling event tonight at Bill's work so we will be there. They are providing food and the choices are Chipotle or Jimmy John's sandwiches.
I had wet burritos for lunch after seeing a bunch of photos that Rick Bayless posted of new items at Frontera restaurant.
No, they weren't even close.
But I think I will skip the Chipotle and have whatever they are slapping between pieces of bread these days. Or tossing it and eating out after we leave there (somewhere else)

In and out most of the day. I'm still sticking with my Greek wraps; but, got some interesting pockets at Public. Not a pita, but a whole wheat wrap square pocket. Looking forward to trying them.

Eventually, I will get to dinner. Time to water the plants, veggies, and take care of the animals first.

TGIF!

This week went by way too fast. I need to add a couple more hours to each day, just to get everything done

Today's Cooking ...

Ladies #1 and #2: Card/Game Night - http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/ham-sw ... iders-7562; a warm sweet potato salad w/bacon, celery, and toasted nuts; mixed fruit salad; http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/chex-p ... -mix-10107

Me: Two poker guys over for dinner and a movie - Baked pasta and salad

I roasted tomatoes and a mix of (hot and mild) peppers from my last crop; it had garlic, olive oil, and plenty of herbs. I'll, puree that; and turn it in a tomato sauce. Toss with grilled Italian sausage, penne, and top with fresh mozzarella and bake; garden salad greens; The boys are bringing mussels; and, we will probably just steam in beer, onion and garlic. Their favorite way, and since they are bringing them; that's how they will be. Some bread to soak up the juice too.
