It's still up in the air what we're doing for dinner. We were actually invited to the house for dinner with the immediate family between visitation times at the funeral home, but it depends on how crazy they make us this afternoon. If we eat there, it'll be several varieties of casseroles from friends and neighbours. If we eat at home, I'll have to come up with something since I don't have a plan, which means it'll probably be broccoli-cheddar stuffed chicken breasts (frozen, pre-packaged) with frozen and/or canned vegetables.

When I first looked at this, I swear it said "I made kitten sauce this morning." And I thought...
We decided to skip out on the dinner with the family. We're also not doing the evening visitation. Those people, other than one distant cousin I suspect I would like under other circumstances since we were having some fun already, are nuts. So I've got pork chops defrosting, which will be broiled and served with some kinda frozen vegetables.

Morning Everyone !
Ended up NOT doing my chicken stir fry last night; felt like salmon instead, but that was on the menu this week anyways.
Tonight, if I continue to feel OK, will be the chicken stir fry I was supposed to have last night. Served over rice with a;n Asian type of salad on the side.
I was hoping to get out and do some yard work, but I promised a friend I would help him program and set up 2 new computers for his business, so guess what I will be stuck doing all day
