But, I do understand the whole tradition. My friends think my chili with sour cream, avocado, olives, cilantro is strange; so, I can't argue. But, it is a great to use up the chili,

I'm always amazed at all the variations of chili out there.
Not that this area has that many Greek immigrants. But all it took was one to get that thing started.
