Morning All!
A warm and sunny week here - 80's plus, NOT really winter. I guess those in the east are really got get slammed. Stay safe.
Today's Cooking ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Two recipes from another site. A creamy French inspired, chicken and vegetables. A mix of chicken, wine, brandy, carrots, peas, celery, pimentos, onions, green beans, mushrooms, in a creamy sauce. Served as a stew with Flakey Pastry Wedges, which uses a pie crust, topped with fresh herbs and cheese. On the side, a frisee salad with a champagne vinaigrette.
Me: Using 1 lonely sausage, 1/2 pepper and onions and a couple slices of fresh mozz. And 3 mushrooms in the crisper. Basically, a "Stouffers like" French Bread Pizza. It's strawberry season in FL, so strawberries for dessert.

Hey, I'm a hot dog fan. Add some chili sauce for me; and, I'm good. Even mustard and onions and I'm happy. You can cook me dinner any night.KitchenWitchy wrote:I haven't been here for a while, okay tonight it's an easy night we having dogs with fries and coleslaw, still a good dinner just easy and I like easy

Felix, where have you been? And Denise, I haven't seen you either in a while. We miss you guys.
How's everyone today? Warm, sunny, and not very winter like here; but, the entire country has odd weather right now.
Today's Cooking ...
Lady #3: Classic beef roast with red wine, pearl onions, potatoes, and carrots in the crock pot; iceberg wedge with a blue cheese dressing; and sourdough bread
Me: Vegetarian tonight. Thin spaghetti with my yellow tomato sauce, topped with black olives and feta cheese; grilled romaine with a Greek dressing.
And today, I need to make the tomato soup I didn't get to make yesterday.
