Nope, I'm home now. He had his surgery last Tues, was released Fri. I got there on Fri and he was doing fantastic. I stayed until Mon, headed home. I am so pleased with how great he's doing.

Thanks, girls! I cannot believe how well Dad handled his surgery. He's carting around like a 65 year old :lol: And yes, we got word while I was gone that our offer on the house was accepted - WAHOOO!!!!!! So closing on March 30th. Chaos at this house, lmao.

So much to do yesterday ended up eating fish sandwich at arbys. tonight i am going to make polish appetizer. Love it and yes I sometimes eat appetizer for dinner

Congrats Denise! We are having chicken enchiladas with green sauce and ricotta cheese. It's an interesting twist but we really like it.

Probably I should have called in sick to work. But I'm not dead yet, and I need the money. Tonight I'm having poached eggs on toast with warm milk poured over them. It's about all I feel like. Killer sore throat, my voice is three octaves too low (if I can talk at all), chills, aches...blech. :(
