Deepster, I love a good casserole dish; and, I agree. The older I got ... the less I eat. I was never a bit eater. I have no idea how people eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. And, I mean whole meals.
I do eat yogurt or cottage cheese/fruit. I enjoy leftovers for lunch, or something to much on. But, I just can't eat that much. Yes, a whole casserole will keep me happy for many days.

Karen, leftovers are always good; and, a topped spud, even better. I have some leftover chili and a spud ... maybe we have to make that dinner this week.

Shapes, sausage, you know I love; and mac and cheese. Sounds good.
