I know when I had a cold a few weeks ago, it is hard. Can't smell, taste or breathe, Why Eat?Felix4067 wrote:I can't breathe, therefore I can't taste. So I'm having oatmeal, and I'm adding nothing to it. I'm also eating vanilla yogurt and white toast. Because what's the point? *sigh*
I hope you feel better.

Allergies. Definitely allergies. With the weather being as warm as it's supposed to be 2-3 months from now, EVERYTHING is blooming. Not just the stuff that's supposed to bloom now, but all the stuff that's supposed to bloom from now until about the end of May. It rained most of yesterday so it's a little better, but I expect my voice to go any time now.Dissie wrote:Felix are you still sick or is it allergies now?
Today we're doing three shows of Disney on Ice, and I get about 20 minutes off between each one. So...brown-bagging it. Went shopping last night, and actually got there when the deli was still open! I'm having bacon ranch pasta salad, blue cheese buffalo chicken pasta salad, Neptune salad (fake seafood with shrimp), and coconut cream yogurt.

So my neighbor is cooking. Well my food, I gave him my leftover steak that he is going to heat up and serve on a roll. He is going to pick up spud salad and I have chips and homemade pickles to give him. He will bring me over a plate. He brought me pizza and a salad last night.
He may be picky and grouchy at times, but he is a nice guy and would help me out anyway he can.
Tomorrow after which I am sure I will be on crutches, I will have leftover soup from my freezer and leftover chicken which I can just heat up.
