Morning!

QB, pizza is just one of those things you got to indulge in now and then. It's always a good way to clean out the fridge too. ENJOY!

Today, busy ...
Lady #3 is having a dinner party for 6.
http://www.recipezazz.com/…/shrimp-and- ... guini-in-c…; grilled bread; mixed greens with a creamy lemon olive vinaigrette; http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/my-moms-flan-12995

Taking over carrot ginger soup and a Banh Mi sandwich to my friend; who, has been eating chicken soup, jello, and mac and cheese for her 2 sick kids and husband all week. I figured she deserved a treat!

My dinner - the leftover potato, mushroom, onion mix from Thurs night - I'll add jalapeno peppers, and top w/cheese and fried egg; the last of my plum tomatoes from the garden, and more strawberries

Pizza is one of those things I could eat everyday!

My BF called this morning and wanted to go eat lunch, so we had chinese buffet. Pretty good. Then we went cabinet shopping. I didn't work because I twisted my ankle in the kitchen this morning. Just turned around and felt a pain. Somehow twisted it. Went cabinet shopping with dh and I rode around on the electric wheelchair. Would have went to work if I could have used that at work!

We had taco bell for dinner because they don't have one in my town and we had to indulge in a place we never get to eat at when we went to a larger town, so taco bell it was. I don't even feel bad because it was good!

Planning on doing some meals tomorrow to put in freezer for DH for the week as I work week nights. Sort of wonder how that is going to be hindered by the cabinet installation. I am going to cook though. I already told him! He said I am not moving the stove, so go ahead!

I hope your ankle gets better soon Dissie.

Today is another all day in the kitchen day, we are both working the next four days in a row. So far I have a meat pie on the go, fish cakes, mac and cheese and I will be making some sort of soup, gotta see what I have left-over in the fridge and freezer.

Morning!

Happy Sunday. Dis, I am not one to dismiss fast food. I enjoy a couple of Taco Bell's dishes. When I am not at home; I love their delux burrito, whatever it is called; and, their taco bowl is not bad either for something quick.
Hey, I have to have my egg mcmuffin fix now and then too, lol.

Cabinets, yes, they will move your stove; went through that. I would be surprised if they don't. But, good for you getting prepped ahead.

QB, wow - more organized than me. You really do great for the whole week. Sounds delicious. The meat pie sounds great, as does mac and cheese - who doesn't love mac and cheese?

My hash last night turned out really good - was happy. Heading to the Greek Festival today; so picking up some seasoning, vinaigrette, baklava, and whatever else looks good. Maybe stuffed grape leaves as a snack for lunch.

Dinner - a friend has volunteered north of us for a family who lost their home in a fire. They are rebuilding it. So, dinner on his way home. He lives a bit south of me.

Greek in honor or my day. Greek seasoned and orange marinated chicken wings (already in the fridge), grilled. Me, a stuffed pepper (freezer stash), with rice, capers, herbs, olives, Feta; and topped with a red pepper sauce. For my friend a 2x baked spud w/sour cream, Feta, olives, and herbs. Finally, a salad with olives, orange segments, and a Greek seasoning.

Baklava for dessert ... I may even have some. Plenty!!

I love Taco Bell!!!....well, at least some items. It's such a nice change from the more common "stop for a burger fare"!!

I had tomato, navy bean soup earlier in the day, so by 5pm I was STARVING!! I did a frittata with chopped baby greens mix, crumbled sausage, cheddar and Asiago cheeses, and a large table spoon of the navy beans.....toasted buttered English muffin. It was delicious!! I have lots of navy beans ready to go into the freezer. I'm really sick of them and shouldn't have cooked so much. At least they freeze well for later.

Deepster, I did that with black beans one year ... never again. It seemed I had a never ending bag of beans to use. But, they were handy.

Your frittata sounds delicious. And, same ... TB, better than a burger. Not exactly healthy; but, it is rare - so, I don't mind. :)

Morning, a bit late today.

Dis, rest up that ankle, nothing worse than twisting it. After I broke mine, just a little twist was painful. And, of course the older we get, definitely doesn't help.

Hugs for all those in the north going through the East Coast storm. They are just slammed with snow and cold. We will be a taste of the cold too this week.

Dinner, just leftover mac and cheese, tomato salad. Have a lunch meeting, so, probably not very hungry.
