I pulled some #recipe2430 out of the freezer, topped with some fresh shredded Parmesan. Got lucky today, only had to work a few hours.

Glad you got a little "me" time today. Dinner sounds good to me. Love freezer leftovers.

Morning Everyone!
Beautiful out, so back to the grill.
I have chicken breasts marinating in
http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/lemon- ... easts-6556.
I'll make 2 kabobs, 1 for tonight, 1 for Thurs.
On the side, cherry tomato and onion skewers; and, the leftover rice pilaf from last night - but, I will add mushrooms, and scallions to the rice.

We had a meatless dinner last night which was delicious and we will have leftovers tonight. Last night dinner was a wonderful bagged sweet kale salad which came with pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries. I had a sweet potato and Tom had a baked potato. We still have the salad so we will have that tonight with one or two pieces of garlic toast.

That sounds delicious Laury. I love kale; and that would be a delicious salad. I always forget to add seeds to my salad, even though I have them in my pantry.

I should be home for about 90 minutes, so I pulled the other half of my #recipe10581 out of the freezer last night to do tonight. I knew there was a reason I made so many freezer-ready meals earlier in the year!
