Felix sorry you are still not feeling better. Then the fact you need to go to work. When I had a very bad throat I purchased a throat spray & it worked very well.

Felix, don't forget ice cream. I get 45mins of relief from that.

Get cookin' Shadows, LOL

Well, a g/f friend who lives about 1hr north of me, was passing through town tonight called. So, she hates ham which was on the menu. SO, NO ham. Pulled out a couple of my mini frozen pizzas with peppers, onions, and shrooms. Baked those; made a salad; and of course a couple of cold beers. She picked up chocolate ice cream; and dinner it was. I don't eat dessert often, but I did have a little ice cream tonight; goes great with beer and wine, LOL.

I guess peas, pasta and ham are tomorrows dinner.

When my throat is all goofy plus I'm stuffed up, I can't do any kind of dairy without choking. :( I hate that...it's the perfect opportunity to justify eating ice cream!

Felix, ice cream has gotten me through some bad times. With my teeth surgery it gave me 45mins of reprieve which was enough to stop me jumping off the bridge, lol. I had the pain killers but I hate them. The spray is not bad & I do not feel I am taking a pill.

Off to the new December thread now.
