I know you guys are getting a bit cooler weather; and, that sounds like perfect inside weather food!
Lubia means beans and sabz means green so green bean pilaf, kind of like biriyani or maybe like arroz con pollo, no chicken, no olives, but middle eastern seasoned with lamb. Or like a middle eastern seasoned dirty rice with green beans in there too. It's very good!
