Tonight I am splurging, because I can. We only have one show of monster trucks at 2pm, which means I'll be done by 4:30. I'm going to what used to be "my" bar downtown and having a monster plate of ribs. Anthony Bourdain was in town a few weeks ago, and apparently he went there and declared them among the best he's had. I have to agree.

I kinda can't wait to get back to my regular eating schedule, though. This only eating once a day around 4:30 or 5:00 is messing with me.

Lady #1 and #2:
Braised chicken in white wine w/bacon, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and green beans; sourdough bread; and baby greens with olives, artichokes and a champagne vinaigrette
Me:
Didn't make soup yesterday, but I have a creamy broccoli in the freezer, so I think I will have that with a pita stuffed with fresh mozz, tomato, olives, onions, and a basil vinaigrette.
