Made Tuna Casserole, one for us, the other for FIL. Also baked some Pumpkin Spice Bread (2 loaves, again one for FIL, one for us) and made some more yogurt, for them to try...fingers crossed!

Tonight we are having a whole roast chicken, red roasted potatoes and cauliflower.

Going to eat Joe DeMagio Sloppy Joes Reporting same as yesterday as forgot to check notify me when a reply is posted. :oops: Opps I changed my mind Or rather added to it. I want this morning put kitten's meatballs for Italian Wedding Soup in refrigerator. By tonight I Think I will have that soup also. I know the meatballs should be refrigerated overnight but I did that last time and I do so love them I think I will try it tonight and see if that is enough time. Image

Making Chicken Spaghetti from the Pioneer Woman, but I kick it up a notch and use poblanos instead of green peppers and also use a jalapeno, more onion and garlic....tonight am using egg noodles instead of spaghetti....

It really will be chicken tonight :D Probably mesquite grilled chicken and a huge salad.

Did not have the soup last night. Maybe for lunch will be better anyway and I do love Kitten's Italian Wedding Soup :D
