Sorry I didn't post today.
My fridge died; luckily I have a second freezer in my garage. But, my fridge is literally in 3 coolers in my house. LOTS of ice from 7-11. Service not until Monday.
Oh well; so, going easy on the food for me. I'm thinking a salad to use up veggies; or soup from the freezer; but, I have options.
This will be the for the next few days. I do have frozen chicken, fish; and some frozen veggies; even some spuds. So, I can come up with something.
But, I don't want to buy anything, including milk, juice, etc. I'll rely on what is on hand.
Happy Cooking Everyone! I think I will hit the grill tomorrow as well with some BBQ chicken.
