Last night it was leftover hot roast beef sandwich with mushroom gravy. Also had cubed herb roasted butternut squash and some leftover peas and corn.
Tonight it's Gordon Ramsay's Sticky Baked Chicken Drumsticks (just posted recipe, so it may not be up till tomorrow), along with leftover herb roasted butternut squash and some homemade applesauce.

Never stepping on my toes. I was glad you started it - I just forgot this am. And, I did get a later start as well. And, then, my internet was iffy on top of things.

That zucchini, linguini dish looks really tasty. And, meatballs and stew; comfort cold weather food at it's best. I agree ... meatball are always good!
Lovin, love all the squash this time of year, apples, pears, cranberries, all delicious. I have an acorn to use up.

Last night, the champagne poached salmon was delicious for the one lady. I have to make that more often.

Tonight ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Bourbon grilled pork tenderloin; maple carrots; herb orzo

Me: Doing some books for work tonight; and, 2 of my co-workers are bringing something from the Greek Deli.

FYI, I haven't posted the tenderloin recipe; but, it is just apple cider (the real stuff), bourbon, stone ground mustard, worcestershire, garlic, onion, and honey. I marinate it all night.

Thx DQ, luckily; I do a shallow poach; so, I don't use too much. But, cava would work great. It is just champagne, herbs, and onion. Poach. Then, reduce the champagne and add cream and dill. Actually quick and easy.

The bourbon pork is a favorite. It is for 2 of the ladies I cook for ... so none for me; but, they love it. Thank you!

A few areas getting a bit of rain and snow; so, good comfort food is always good on days like that.

Yesterday it was pork chops with apple in mustard sauce - from the cookbook Simple French Food, the book is fantastic it's authentic French cooking without fuss or fear. Tonight probably just a sandwich :D
