I won't bother mentioning what I had last night as it was pretty mundane really, unless something changes, tonight pretty much same, frozen meat pies and salad, can't do any better than that I need to go shopping.

Tonight it's grilled marinated thick cut pork chops, spaghetti squash from the garden and cottage cheese with pickled beets on top.

i am making sweet and sour pork steaks with bells and onions on top-- stirfry lomein noodles with tons of veggies- cannot wait- have a great nite

Shadows1 I was going to make Salisbury steak also today but discovered I had no ground beef stored in my freezer. I hope you enjoy you dinner ;)

I`m fixing to make lemon pepper chicken, roasted potatoes, and baby spinich with a garlic and a couple of pieces of bacon in a skillet

Comfort food 101. Sounds really good, Darla.
Tonight, it's homemade pizza. I don't have any pepperoni, but I do have some ground pork, so I can make my own sausage with plenty of herbs and spices, caramelized onions, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil to sprinkle on top when it comes out of the oven.
