That's funny, I am having pot pie as well. I have a f.c recipe tag to take care of. I also got some dandelion greens at the market and will saute those up in some concoction. If the idea doesn't go south, I'll post the recipe tomorrow or later in the week.

I haven't been here for quite a while. I didn't post a lot but I did now and again in the what's for dinner thread. I always read it and used to look forward to it for ideas. I noticed that Ninner and Felix have not been here for a while. I hope they are both well. Has anyone heard from them?

I see Felix in some other forums now and then. Ninner I have talked to, but she has been busy; so, she hasn't been around. The rest of us are still here. We would love to have you stop in now and then.

Work, errands, and lots of running around. So, dinner will be my leftover beef stroganoff. Don't have time for anything else today.

I am having a beef curry, choley, flat bread, and broccoli if nothing explodes between here and there.

Apple Chicken Sausages with a potato carrot kugel on the side, plus a side salad. DD requested this meal. Possibly some brownies or cupcakes for dessert.
