I Hope Everyone Had A Great Christmas Or Hannukah Celebration ...
Today's Cooking ...
My arm has me out of commission, but -
Grazed on leftovers last night. Helped my friend make pot of soup and salad, all was good.
Tonight I have one of my freezer chicken pot pies, greens w. grape tomatoes ... dont have to cut those, lol
I will supervise and help as much as possible with ...
- Lady #1 and Family: Red wine tenderloin on toasted baguettes w/arugula, blue cheese and horseradish cream; baby greens w/poached egg and caviar vinaigrette; grilled rack of lamb w/mustard cranberry herb marinade; duchess potatoes; cranberry mousse w/brandy whipped cream
My catering friend and son are cooking

I have 10-12 good leftover ham recipes - I LOVE LEFTOVER ham! Frtatts, pasta, potato cakes, scalloped potatoes, potato pie, pizza, hand pies, etc.
And definitely soup, sounds good,
Thx Xmas was OK, I hope yours too

Dislocated, torn rotator, chip off the clavical, sprained ankle; and tweaked back. FUN huh. Still can't use my right arm. Hard to to much of anything.
Leftovers, great choice.
Tonight, just mac and cheese, I think I can make that with 1 arm.
Thx Budget! Tring to behave, lol!
