HAPPY MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE TO ALL!!
Image

Long story, but out with a pretty bad shoulder, back, and ankle surgery. Cant move my right arm at all, and in a sling. So posting when I can.

I've had some catering, but basically supervising. Cant chop, write, or do anything; so Xmas changed for me.

Today's Cooking ...
Dropping off 2 port wine horshradish cheese balls to too friends, not driving - http://pastrychefonline.com/2016/03/29/ ... -recipe/2/ it's a play off of this recipe
Stouffers stuffed peppers and baked spud. I ca handle that with 1 arm, lol
Later a friend over with some holiday cheer and some 1 handed snacks for tomorrow in microwavable containers, lol.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND HAPPY COOKING EVERYONE!!
